Running Water International (RWI) - Maji Salama uses an enterprise model to bring open source technologies to people affected by the global water challenge through the manufacture, sale, and maintenance of a variety of water and sanitation products.

Maji Salama means 'Safe Water' in Kswahili the national language of Kenya where RWI is located.

To ensure financial sustainability while maximizing social benefits, revenues generated from the sale of RWI's water and sanitation products are used to cover internal operating costs, with any remaining funds reinvested in the RWI model, maximizing growth and supporting our social mission.
